As we become ever more interlinked with our continental neighbours, we understand the importance of language skills for young people.

This is why we begin French lessons within our Cherry Trees Montessori Nursery from the age of 2½ years.

Here at Arbor, lessons are always creatively approached by our resident French teacher Mademoiselle d’Auferville; ensuring a fun and stimulating environment in which our children gain both confidence and skill.

From year 2 we encourage all our children to take part in the annual French visit. These trips allow the children to immerse themselves in a different culture, practice and enhance their language skills through practical experience and continue to grow and develop in confidence and independence.
